ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as A1, in Crime No.74 of 2012 on the file of the respondent police, apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 4(1-aaa), 4(1-A) TNP Act and Sections 5 and 6 of TNRS Rules 2000 and Sections 420, 468 and 471 of IPC, which is now pending in S.C.No.53 of 2013 on the file of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Karur, seeks anticipatory bail.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that due to illness the petitioner was unable to the attend the hearing on 06.06.2016 and hence, Non-Bailable Warrant was issued against the petitioner.
3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent states that due to absence of the petitioner, nonbailable warrant was issued against the petitioner by the trial Court on 06.06.2016. He further submitted that the case is pending before the Court concerned without any progress because of the pendency of Non-bailable warrant.
4. Considering the fact that non-bailable warrant was issued against the petitioner for his absence, there shall be a direction, directing the petitioner to pay a sum of Rs.500/- to the Legal https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Services Authority, Karur and further directed the petitioner to surrender before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Karur and to file a petition for recalling the warrant within 10 days from the date on which the order copy made ready and the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Karur, is directed to consider the same on the same day and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law.
