ORDER

The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the Petitioner had filed this petition for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, seeking direction against the Respondents 3, 4 and 5 to grant permission and adequate Police protection to conduct 'Graamiya Kalai Nigalchi' in 'Pudhuviduthi Village, Vettuvaakottai Panchayat, Orathanadu Taluk, Thanjavur District on 18.03.2024 on the occasion of 'Poochoridhal Vizha' of Panguni Festival of ''Arulmigu Chelliyamman and Muthumariyamman Temple''.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on instructions from the Respondents would submit that the fifth Respondent vide proceedings dated 14.03.2024, granted permission to the Petitioner by imposing conditions. 2/4

3. The Petitioner undertakes that he is ready to abide by the conditions imposed by the fifth Respondent.
