This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the respondents 1 & 2 to trace out and produce the detenu by name Suganthi, aged about 17 years, daughter of the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. The petitioner is present and he has been identified by his counsel.

3. The detenu herself has made her appearance and she has been identified by the petitioner. Further it is seen from the records that the detenu has got birth on 04.05.1997 and therefore, she attained majority.

4. Considering the aforesaid factual circumstances, the relief sought for in the petition has become infructuous.

5. In fine, this Habeas Corpus petition deserves dismissal and accordingly is dismissed.
