Complainant PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Shengottai, to dispose the case in C.C.No.437 of 2022 in Crime No.282 of 2019 on the file of the Respondent Police within the time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

This Criminal Original has been Petition has been filed to direct the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Shengottai, to dispose the case in C.C.No.437 of 2022 in Crime No.282 of 2019 on the file of the Respondent Police within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Now the grievance of the petitioner is that even though the case was taken cognizance on 08.07.2022, but for appearance of the accused, it was posed to 24.09.2023, after a year.

3. The learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Shengottai, is directed to complete the trial process within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Shengottai, may also issue summon to the accused by preponing the date of hearing. 2/4

4. With the above said direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
