Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.A.HAJA MOHIDEEN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.P.KOTTAICHAMY, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Court, by its order dated, 08.03.2024, granted bail to the petitioner on condition that he has to appear before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. Challenging the same, the present petition has been filed, seeking 1/3
modification.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is studying B.Sc. Operation Theater and Anaesthesia Technology at Bangalore. Due to the condition imposed upon the petitioner to appear before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., he is unable to attend the college. Hence, he prays to modify the condition as to appear before the Jigani Police Station, APC Cir Road, Ittina Nagar, Jigani, Karnataka - 560 105, since it is nearby the petitioner's college. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the investigation is pending before the respondent Police. If the condition imposed upon the petitioner is modified as prayed by the petitioner, there will be no progress in the investigation.
