ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM, J.) This petition has been filed by the father of the detenue, seeking for a direction to the respondents to produce her daughter/detenue.
2. On notice issued by this Court, the respondent police has produced the detenue by name Karthikayini, who is aged about 19 years. She married the third respondent and their marriage has been registered in the State of Gujarat and copy of registration certificate was produced before the Court. The petitioner, namely father of the detenue and his wife, mother of the detenue were also present and they were also enquired. After enquiry it is ascertained that the detenue is living along with the third respondent on her own volition and there is no compulsory detention or unlawful custody at the hands of the third respondent.
