ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the respondent No.2 to not to harass the petitioners in the guise of enquiry.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based on the complaint given by the second petitioner's father, enquiry was undertaken in CSR No.55 of 2023. During the course of enquiry, the second petitioner's father had given a statement that it is love affair between his daughter and the first petitioner, the petitioners are attained majority and also married to each other. On the basis of the above said statement of the parties, the further process of enquiry was closed.

3. Since the above said enquiry was closed by the second respondent, nothing survives for further consideration or direction in this matter.

4. With the above said observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
