ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders directing the second respondent herein not to harass the petitioner.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent herein, enquiry was undertaken in C.S.R.No.158 of 2023. In the complaint, the third respondent has stated that during the Covid-19 period, he committed the misappropriation of collection amount from the company and later he paid the same through various cheques. Inspite of receiving the cheques, this petitioner along with other namely Hasan Sikandhar, Riyas, Bilal are making threat. On the basis of the above said complaint, enquiry was undertaken. During the course of enquiry, it was informed that the entire amount has been settled by the above said third respondent herein.

3. With the above said development, nothing survives for further consideration or direction and the enquiry that was undertaken by the second respondent may be treated as closed. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
