O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by S.NAGAMUTHU,J] The petitioner is the mother of one Raguvaran, aged about 27 years. According to the petitioner, he went to Andhra Pradesh in search of a job, but he has not returned from the year 2013 onwards. She made a complaint to the sixth respondent on 27.04.2015 and a case has been registered in Crime No.283 of 2015 for 'man missing' and the same is under investigation. In those circumstances, the petitioner has come up with this Habeas Corpus Petition.

2. We have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and we have also perused the records carefully.

3. We are satisfied that the investigation is taken in a right direction and there is no allegation of illegal detention and since it is a pure case of man missing, we are inclined to dismiss this petition.

4. Accordingly, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed, however, it is open for the petitioner to work out her remedy in the manner known to law.
