PRAYER : Petition filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, seeking to directing the respondents Police not to Harass the Petitioner by frequently summoning him to appear before the respondent's police office under the guise of enquiry since the matter pertaining to the dispute or pass any Order or Direction as this Hon'ble Court deems fit to the facts and circumstances of this case.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondent police not to harass the petitioner by summoning him to appear before them under the guise of enquiry. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (crl. side) for the respondent. 3.The learned Government Advocate (crl. side) would submit that one Gurusamy lodged a complaint as against the petitioner and the same is pending for enquiry.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police for enquiry.
