O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to expedite the investigation and to file a final report after completion of investigation in Crime No.74 of 2018 pending on the file of the second respondent police.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that based upon the complaint given by the petitioner, a case was registered in Crime No.74 of 2018 under Sections 294(b), 341 and 506 (ii) IPC, but sofar, final report has not been filed.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has submitted that the investigation is under progress and three months time may be granted for filing final report.

4. Considering the aforesaid submissions, the second respondent is directed to expedite the investigation and file a final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
