The present petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Cr.No.10 of 2025, on the file of the first respondent police.

2. The learned Government Advocate(crl.side) appearing for the first respondent brought to the notice of the Court that the investigation has been completed and charge sheet has been laid in C.C.No.238 of 2025 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Devakottai.
