ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to trace out and produce the detenu by name Gayathri, sister of the petitioner.

3. The second respondent viz., Sub-Inspector of Police, Natham Police Station has produced the detenu and she has been identified by the petitioner.

4. It is seen from the records that the detenu has got birth on 15.06.1997 and therefore, she has attained majority.

5. Considering the aforesaid factual circumstances, the relief sought for in the Habeas Corpus Petition has become infructuous.
