O R D E R

Seeking a direction to the second respondent police to complete the investigation and to file a final report in Crime No.49 of 2013 before the concerned forum, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Mrs.A.Nagarani, Sub-Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Thiruparankundram, Madurai District, is present in Court today. On instructions, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that if two months time is given, the investigation in Crime No.49 of 2013 will be completed and final report will be filed by the second respondent before the concerned Court.

3. Recording the said submission, the Criminal Original Petition is closed with a direction to the second respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No.49 of 2013 and file either https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

a closure report or charge sheet, as the case may be, under due intimation to the defacto complainant, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
