Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time for executing the sureties in Crl.OP(MD)No.3297/2022, dated 16.02.2022. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that due to illness, he could not produce the sureties within the stipulated time as prescribed by this Court.
