ORDER

This petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation 1/5

dated 06.02.2026 and register the FIR by considering the earlier order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD).No.11958 of 2025, dated 29.04.2025. 2.According to the petitioner, his land was grabbed by some private parties with the help of Tahsildar, VAO and Sub Registrar. In fact, he has preferred writ petition in W.P.(MD).No.11958 of 2025 and this Court vide order dated 29.04.2025 passed the following order: "5.Since it is reported that the District Collector, Pudukkottai, has ordered for an enquiry by appointing the Revenue Divisional Officer, Pudukkottai as Enquiry Officer, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Revenue Divisional Officer, Pudukkottai, to consider the enquiry within a period of three months and to take further course of action and if it is required, the same shall be forwarded to the Vigilance and Anti Corruption Department."

3.In such circumstances, the petitioner is seeking to file FIR against the erring officials and other private individuals, who had grabbed the petitioner's property.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents Police submitted that they have not yet received any complaint from the petitioner.

5.In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to submit a fresh complaint before the second respondent Police. The second respondent Police is directed to take action in the light of the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD).No.11958 of 2025, dated 29.04.2025. The petitioner is directed to produce all the relevant documents to the respondents Police in person. The above said exercise shall be completed within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
