ORDER

The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are filed to withdraw H.M.O.P.No.96 of 2010 and H.M.O.P.No.105 of 2010 from the file of Sub Court, Devakottai and transfer the same to any other competent Court at nearby Districts.

2. The reason given by the petitioner for Transfer is that the respondent's family is very influenced family. No allegations have been made against the respondent and her family members. The reason given by the petitioner is not valid and sufficient ground for Transfer the cases. Hence, these Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are dismissed. No costs.
