: Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to take appropriate action to secure the livelihood of the poor unorganized workers and ensure minimum standard of living and also to take speedy steps and ensure the funds will reach the poor 1/3

at the earliest. Further the respondents are directed to enhance the relief fund from Rs.1,000/- to Rs.9,000/- by keeping the factors like price rise on the essential commodities and do the needful at the earliest, based on the petitioner's representation dated 15.05.2020.
