ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 379 of I.P.C., in Crime No.14 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.Heard both sides.

3. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner was arrested in two wheeler theft case by the respondent Police. During the course of interrogation, it is found that he was involved in other cases registered under Crime Nos.14 of 2019 and 15 of 2019 for cattle theft. CRL OP(MD). No.5621 of 2020 anticipatory bail in Crime No.14 of 2019, wherein the petitioner is an accused as per his own confession that he has stolen ten goats. 4.Since this Court finds that recently cattle theft has become very rampant in this area and granting bail to this petitioner may not be conducive for the investigation.

5.In the result, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
