ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to trace out and produce the detenu by name Mahin, S/o.Mohaideen Shah.
2. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the detenu has been arrested in connection with Crime No.6 of 2015, Kottar Police Station and subsequently, remanded to custody by the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Nagercoil and to that effect a certified copy of the remand report has been submitted.
3. Considering the fact that the detenu has already been arrested and remanded to custody in connection with Crime No.6 of 2015 by the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Nagercoil, the relief sought for in the Habeas Corpus Petition has become infructuous and therefore this Habeas Corpus Petition deserves to be dismissed.
4. In fine, this Habeas Corpus Petition deserves dismissal and accordingly is dismissed.
