ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 153-A I.P.C. and Section 4-A, 4(1) of TNOPPD Act, in Cr.No.113 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police.
2. The case of the prosecution is that on 24.08.2016 petitioner and others written some un-parliamentary words against the other caste people of the locality.
3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that A2 and A3 were arrested and released on bail.
4. On consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made, this Court is of the view that petitioner can be granted the relief prayed for and accordingly; (a) In the event of arrest by or on appearance before the respondent police;
(b) In the event of appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Mudukulathur within 15 days from the date of receipt of copy of the order, (i) the petitioner shall be enlarged on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties each for the like sum to their satisfaction; https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
(ii) the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily twice at 10.00 a.m and 6.00 p.m. for one month and thereafter as and when required.
