ORDER

The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to transfer the case in H.M.O.P.No.114 of 2013 from the file of the Principle Sub Court, Tenkasi to the file of the Family Court, Trichy.

2. The petitioner herein is the wife and the respondent is the husband. The marriage was solemnized between the petitioner and the respondent on 25.04.2012. Due to some misunderstanding, the petitioner is residing with her parents house at Trichy. Out of the wedlock they got one female child. The respondent filed H.M.O.P.No.114 of 2013 to the Principle Sub Court, Tenkasi for restitution of conjugal rights. The petitioner filed M.C.No.272 of 2014 claiming maintenance.

3.When the matter was taken up, the learned counsel for the respondent produced the judgement dated 09.04.2015 allowing H.M.O.P.No.114 of 2013 for restitution of conjugal rights. Therefore, nothing survives in the transfer Civil Miscellaneous petition and the same is dismissed. No costs.
