ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Petitioner, who was arrested on 28.07.2016 for offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 120(b), 364, 294(b), 302 and 379 of IPC, in Cr.No.167 of 2013, on the file of respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that all the accused conspired together and murdered the deceased and took away the ornaments belonging to the deceased.

3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the petitioner was arrested after three years from the date of occurrence based on the confession of A2 and he has been languishing in jail from 28.07.2016.

4. Heard learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on the above https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ submission.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond in a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Sathankulam, and on condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
