ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] This application is filed to review the order dated 06.02.2024 made in W.P.(MD)No.2361 of 2024.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the review applicant submitted that as per the proceedings of the 4th respondent dated 12.10.2023, the subject temples are under the control of the Hindu Religious Charitable and Endowment Department. However, at the time of hearing the Writ Petition, the learned
Government Pleader appeared for the respondents 1 to 5 submitted before this Court that the subject temples are not coming under the schedule of the Hindu Religious Charitable and Endowment Department, therefore, the department cannot have a role to interfere with the dispute between the parties. 3.We have gone through the affidavit filed in support of the Writ Petition, more specifically, the representation dated 22.11.2023 made by the petitioner, wherein the petitioner himself admitted that he made a request before the authorities concerned to bring the subject temples under the control of the Hindu Religious Charitable and Endowment Department. However, he has taken a different stand based on the communication sent by the 4th respondent, which is totally misconceived and misleading to the Court. Therefore, we are not inclined to entertain this application, accordingly, this Review Application stands dismissed. No costs.
