ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J.) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to trace out and produce the detenu by name Aasha Banu, aged 24 years.

2. The petitioner is not present, whereas his counsel is present.

3. The third respondent viz., Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Karaikudi has produced the detenu and she has been enquired and stated that she is living in the house of her parents which https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

situates in Puthuvayal. Further she stated that she is not in the custody of anybody. Under the said circumstances, this petition is liable to be dismissed.

5. In fine, this Habeas Corpus petition deserves dismissal and accordingly is dismissed.
