This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to interfere in the civil dispute pending for the adjudication and not to harass the petitioner and her family members.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2; and perused the materials placed on record.

3. Mr.V.Palavesam, Special Sub-Inspector of Police, Pappakudi Police Station, is present in Court today. On instructions, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that, on the complaint given by one Subramaniam, a petition enquiry in C.S.R.No.345 of 2015 was conducted and the same was closed.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed with a direction to the respondent police not to harass the petitioner once again on the complaint of Subramaniam for the same set of facts, unless there is a commission of a cognizable offence.
