This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, seeking a direction, directing the respondents to register a criminal case against the accused based on the complaint, dated 27.08.2016 preferred by the petitioner and to take action against the accused persons, in accordance with law.

Heard learned counsel appearing for petitioner and learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondents. 3.It is represented by the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry has been conducted and thereafter, the same has been closed.

4.At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the closure report is not yet received by the petitioner.

5.Recording the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. The second respondent is directed to furnish a copy of the closure report to the petitioner within a period of two weeks and on receipt of the same, it is open to the petitioner to take action in accordance with law.
