Respondents Prayer:- Habeas Corpus Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus directing the respondents to produce the body or person of the petitioner's daughter and petitioner's granddaughter by names Rahini (aged 23 years) and Nathiya Sri (aged 1-1/2 years), the detenues in the present case before this Court and set the first detenu at liberty and hand over the second detenu's custody to the petitioner and pass such further or other orders. This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the respondents 1 & 2 to trace out and produce the detenu by name Rahini and Nathiya Sri, daughter and granddaughter of the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. The petitioner is present and he has been identified by his counsel.

3. The second respondent viz., Inspector of Police, Pattiveeranpatti Police Station has produced the detenu and they have been identified by the petitioner.

4. Considering the aforesaid factual circumstances, the relief sought for in the petition has become infructuous.

5. In fine, this Habeas Corpus petition deserves dismissal and accordingly is dismissed.
