This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.236/2020 on the file of the first respondent, as against the petitioner alone.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submits that in this case the respondent police has completed the investigation and filed a final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvadanai and the same was taken on file as S.T.C.No.705 of 2022.

3.Recording the said submission, this criminal original petition is closed with a liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report in the manner known to law. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
