To Call for the records in S.C.No.146 of 2017 dated 25.06.2018 on the file of the chief Judicial Magistrate, Sivagangai and the same was 'confirmed' in C.A. No.73 of 2018 dated 24.11.2020 on the file of the Learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Sivagangai revise the same.

Order:This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.M.MAHENDRAN, Advocate for Mr.N.MOHIDEEN BASHA, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.RMS.SETHURAMAN, Counsel for State Government(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the accused already surrendered before the trial Court and hence, the matter has become infructuous.
