ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned tender notification of the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.No.3041/2020/A1 dated 26.02.2025 published on 01.03.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent submits that the tender notification dated 26.02.2025 was issued by the second respondent and thereafter, it was not proceeded with and hence, this writ petition has become infructuous.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
