The writ petitioner, who is working as Shop Supervisor in the Tamil Nadu State Marketing Corporation Limited, Madurai, has filed this writ petition challenging the order passed by the respondent in Na.Ka.No.403/2020/A4 dated 20.05.2020.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent submits that the impugned order has been withdrawn by the respondent vide order dated 21.06.2021 and nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
