Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus directing the Respondents 1 & 2 to secure and produce the body of the detenu, the petitioner's husband namely, Murugan, S/o. Periyasamy, aged about 32 years, before this Court and set him at liberty.

24.09.2014. Therefore, she has come up with this Habeas Corpus Petition.

2.We have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for R1, R2 and R8, the learned counsel appearing for R3 to R7 and we have also perused the records carefully.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that a case has been registered in Crime No.13 of 2015 and the same is under investigation.

4.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that there may be a direction to the respondent to continue the investigation.

5.Having regard to the fact that there is no allegation of illegal detention and the matter is also under investigation, there is no scope to issue any further orders in this matter.
