For R1 : Mr.B.THANGA ARAVINDH Government Advocate (crl. side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.245 of 2021 on the file of the Respondent police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A2, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 406, 468 and 471 IPC in Crime No.245 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner and other accused, in the guise of false promise to secure Government job, had received a sum of Rs.11,00,000/- from the defacto complainant, by issuing fake appointment order and cheated the defacto complainant. Hence, the case.

3.Heard. Perused the materials available on records including the First Information Report.

4.It is a case of job racketing. The petitioner and other accused received a sum of Rs.11,00,000/- from the de-facto https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL OP(MD). No.6282 of 2022 complainant in order to secure job and thereafter, issued bogus appointment order and cheated the de-facto complainant. Therefore, the custodial interrogation of the petitioner is very much necessary in this case.

5.Taking note of the serious allegations made against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
