401 of Cr.PC, to call for the records, relating to the order dated 27.02.2023, passed in Crl.M.P.No.2488 of 2023 in PRC.No.49 of 2017, by the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kovilpatti and to set aside the same. For Revision Petitioners : Mr.A.S.Vaigunth For Respondent : Mr.M.Prabu

ORDER

When the matter is taken up for consideration today, Mr.A.S.Vaigunth, the learned counsel for the Revision Petitioners, on instructions from the Revision Petitioners, has submitted that the Revision Petitioners do not want to press this Criminal Revision Case and they want to withdraw the same and he has also made an endorsement to that effect in the affidavit filed in support of this Criminal Revision Case.

Accordingly, in view of the submissions and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the Revision Petitioners, recording the same, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed, as withdrawn. Interim order, if any, shall stand vacated. The File is consigned to Record. Consequently, the connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is closed. There is no order as to costs.
