ORDER

This writ petition is filed to direct the respondents from drawing electricity line through the property of the petitioner in Survey Nos.3/13 and 6/13 of Gnalam Village, Kanyakumari District by considering the objections made by the petitioner dated 08.05.2020.

2. The first respondent has filed a counter stating that the second respondent has not submitted any application to the first respondent for providing electricity service to her house. If any application is received from the second respondent, after considering the objection from the petitioner, the same will be processed in accordance with law.

3. Recording the above, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 23.03.2023 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes/No Internet : Yes abr
