This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the learned Principal District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate at Eraniel, to dispose of C.C.No.76 of 2014. 2.According to the petitioners, a case in Crime No.202 of 2013 has been registered against the petitioners for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 294(b), 323, 342 and 506(ii) IPC. Subsequently, a charge sheet has been filed before the Principal District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate Court, Eraniel and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.76 of 2014 on 16.04.2014. Thereafter, no witness has been examined on the side of the prosecution. Therefore, the petitioners have filed the present Criminal Original Petition for speedy disposal of the said case. 3.

The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the criminal case is of the year 2013 and appropriate direction may by issued to the learned Principal District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Eraniel, to dispose of C.C.No.76 of 2014. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 4.
