Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents from planting and drawing the proposed Hypertension Electricity Poles and line into the Petitioner's properties in Ayan Punja Re.Sy.Nos.779/1, 779/2 and 779/3 situated at Manadu Thandupathu Village, Thiruchendur Taluk, Thoothukudi District from the Udangudi (Kallalmozhi) Thermal Power Station without resorting the provisions under section 164 of the Electricity Act 2003 and section of the Indian Telegraph Act, 1885 and to direct the respondents to plant and draw the proposed Hypertension Electricity Poles and line across the Petitioner's Tharisu Patta Land situated on the eastern side of the above said properties in Ayan Punja Re.Sy.Nos.779/1, 779/2 and 779/3 situated at Manadu Thandupathu Village, Thiruchendur Taluk, Thoothukudi District without causing any damage to the yielding trees in the above said properties.
