The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to withdraw the case in H.M.O.P.No.513 of 2013 on the file of the Family Court, Madurai and transfer the same to the Sub Court, Pudukkottai. 2.This Court has already referred the matter before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, attached to this Bench for settlement. After several hearing, all the issues were settled amicably between the petitioner and the respondent. The Conciliation Officer has filed a report containing the terms of settlement. The report of the Mediation Centre and settlement agreement are form part of this order. 3.Recording the report of the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, dated 23.03.2015, the Tr.C.M.P., is closed. No costs. Consequently, M.P (MD)No.1 of 2014 is closed.
