Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.M.Lingadurai, learned Special Government Pleader.

2.As the prayer sought for in the writ petition is limited to dispose of the petitioner's representation, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal with the censent of the parties.

3.The petitioner, aggrieved by the issuance of patta to the third respondent in respect of government poramboke pathway, has sought for cancellation of said Patta in favour of the third respondent by giving a representation on 17.12.2024 to the first respondent. 4.In view of the limited scope of the writ petition, it would suffice 2/4

to dispose of the writ petition with the direction to the first respondent to hear the petitioner as well as the third respondent and pass final orders on the petitioner's representation, dated 17.12.2024, in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
