ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to file a final report in Crime No.156 of 2014, dated 19.08.2014. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the investigation was completed and the matter was referred as "Mistake of Fact".

4.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate to the effect that the case was referred as "Mistake of Fact", this petition is dismissed. The respondent police is directed to furnish the copy of the referred charge sheet notice to the petitioner, if the petitioner is not already served and on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

receipt of the same, it is open to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
