This Criminal Original petition is filed to call for the records relating to the charge sheet in C.C.No.290 of 2015, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aruppukkottai and quash the same as illegal.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent no. 1 and the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent.

3. The parties have appeared before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, as suggested by this Court and both the parties have settled the matter as per the mediation agreement https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and thereafter, the matter has been referred back to the Court for recording the agreement of undertaking signed by the parties before the mediation.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the second respondent have no objection for disposing the above Criminal Original Petition in terms of the mediation agreement.

5. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of in terms of the Mediation agreement signed by the parties. The agreement of undertaking signed by the parties, dated 06.12.2017 shall form part of this order. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
