This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to transfer the enquiry of the petitioner's complaint dated 04.01.2021 from the third respondent to second respondent or to some other Officers.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing on 27.04.2021, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, this Court directed the matter to be listed on 27.04.2021 (today) under the caption "for dismissal". Though the matter was posted under the caption for dismissal, there is no representation for the petitioner even today also.
