ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent herein not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry on the basis of the representation, dated 11.09.2016.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondent Police frequently called the petitioner to the Police Station and harassed him under the guise of enquiry. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that petitioner was called only for enquiry in respect of a petition pending against him and that the respondent Police did not cause any harassment to the petitioner. Subsequently, a case was registered against the petitioner in Crime No.578 of 2016. 5.Recording the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
