ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J.) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the respondents 1 & 2 to trace out and produce the detenu by name Jeevanantham, aged 18 years, daughter of the petitioner.
2. The petitioner is not present, whereas, her counsel is present.

3. The second respondent viz., Inspector of Police, Ottapidaram Police Station has produced the detenu. The detenu has been enquired and she told that she got married.
4. Considering the aforesaid factual circumstances , the relief sought for in the petition has become infructuous.
5. In fine, this Habeas Corpus petition deserves dismissal and accordingly is dismissed.
