ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent not to interfere with the dispute relating with C.C.No.152 of 2009 on the file of the District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Andipatti, Theni District, based on the complaint of the fourth respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the respondent Police frequently called the petitioners to the Police Station and harassed them under the guise of enquiry. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that petitioners were called only for enquiry in respect of a petition pending against them and that the respondent Police did not cause any harassment to the petitioners. However, she gave an undertaking that if at all the presence of the petitioners is required, the respondent would call the petitioners for enquiry only after issuing summons giving specific date, time and place. 5.Recording the above undertaking given by the learned Government Advocate, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
