Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. This criminal original petition has been filed for directing the second respondent herein to not to harass the petitioner in the name of enquiry.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) submitted that Crime No.117 of 2020 has been registered against the petitioner on the file of Keelasevalpatti police station for the offence under Section 379(NH) of I.P.C.
