Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.P.Mahendran, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has produced a copy of the Government Order in G.O. (D)No.61, Co-operation, Food and Consumer Protection Department, dated 21.04.2021 and submitted that the order of this Court, dated 01.10.2020, made in W.P.(MD)No.13204 of 2020, has been complied with.
2.At this juncture, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that he has not received a copy of the said Government Order. Hence, the learned Additional Government Pleader is directed to furnish a copy of the said Government Order to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner by today itself. 3.Recording the above said submission and G.O.(D)No.61, Cooperation, Food and Consumer Protection Department, dated 21.04.2021, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
