Respondents Habeas Corpus Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus calling for the entire records in connection with the detention order passed by the first respondent in his proceedings in M.H.S.Confdl.No.24/2015 dated 14.03.2015 and quash the same and consequently direct the first respondent to produce the detenu namely Suresh @ Ramar Kalangiam, aged 32 years, who is detained in Central Prison, Palayamkottai before this Court and set him at liberty.
