The petitioner has approached this Court seeking a direction to the second respondent to complete the investigation in Cr.No.67 of 2019 and to file the final report, within a time frame. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submits that the investigation in this case has been completed and final report has also been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tiruchendur through E.Filing No.LTN 202200002649C202400117 on 07.06.2024.
